Rambler JV Win Week 1

Saturday afternoon at Dollinger Field the Junior Varsity was able to beat Pittsburgh power Central Catholic 18-6. Paniro Johnson rushed for over 200 yards and had TD runs of 58 and 72 yards. Both runs coming after the Vikings were able to capitalize off a turnover on the Ramblers first drive.

Preps defense was able to hold strong on multiple 4th down stops, one right before the half and one on 4th and goal from the 1 late in the 2nd half. Tamar Sample found fellow sophomore Mo Troop on a late score to put the game out of reach.

Preps defensive line was impressive as Mark Hudson, Will McAdory, and Ryan Kirby were able to slow down Centrals rushing attack all afternoon. The JVs stay at home this week as they host Warren Harding at 11am.
