Rambler JV Beat Cross Town Rival


The Ramblers rolled to a 37-14 victory behind strong play by both offensive and defensive lines. The big guys were challenged to play physical and they answered with a dominating first half. McDowell came out and scored first but the Ramblers scored the next 37 points. Luke Sittinger found the endzone twice on the ground and Collin Johnson hit Ben Tirpek and Jaelon Carson for two scores through the air. Tirpek, for the second week in a row found himself a fumble and returned it 18 yards for another defensive touchdown. Captain Ben Tirpeks solid play at both WR and DB, as well as making a ton of plays on special teams earned him this weeks player of the week. The Ramblers take their 3-0 record on the road to Cleveland to take on a strong Benedictine squad.
