This memorial golf outing honors the memory of Jeffrey R. Bomba. Jeff was a 2000 graduate of Cathedral Prep and an integral member of the 1999 State Runner-Up football team who was ranked #9 in the country by USA Today. Jeff was a starting offensive lineman who at 5'6" and 175 lbs. was known to dominate opposing defensive lineman - most of whom were much bigger than him. After college, he returned to his alma mater where he coached for thirteen seasons. Jeff passed unexpectedly in 2018 after helping coach Prep to win its 4th State Title. Therefore, it is our mission to honor his legacy and spirit as one of the toughest players to ever don the orange and black!
